Latvia Site Updates itsonlyme Admin  Nr.8

Fixed the pste type in the file selector, updated the rules (mostly for my own convenience forgetting if I have to capitalize the capcode), and noticed some typos in the configuration.
Added HTTP-only access at http subdomain, not recommended.
Will be working on video thumbnail bug again next, and hopefully fix this time.

Sorry this site has been somewhat abandoned lately, I've come back to fix it and work on it more now. I have patched PHP to fix the latest severe RCE vulnerability, and in coming days I will upgrade server to newer debian version. I would also like to update the boards list, do some shilling, and if I can manage, rewrite bakaba to run on newer versions of PHP, considering that it is stuck at 5.6.
Activity may be low, but I cannot allow baltic imageboard culture to go without a board to be posted. This is sole reason I will not shut down this website.
Let me know if you have any inputs for improvements or where to shill.
