Tool options

	Pallete: Press `LMB` on a colour to select it. To change the colour on the pallete, press `RMB` on it. (You can select additional pallete by click the buttons on the right) Sliders: When the sliders are not dragged within their limites, the values change more accurately. You can also change the value in units but holding down `Shift` and clicking.
	Colour redness value
	Colour greenness value
	Colour blueness value
	Alpha value: Sets the strength of the tools (tone pattern, colour clarity, etc.)
	Pencil size (You can also resize by holding down `Ctrl+Alt` and dragging on the canvas)
	Reserver: Save the current tool and colour by clicking `RMB` on one of the three. You can restore the saved settings by clicking `LMB` on one of the three.
	Layers: You can change the active layer by clicking on it with `LMB`. You can hide the active layer by clicking on it with `RMB`.
